I would say that I don’t know about all the brands, but I work for a very well known brnd that is very demanded by people cring about their health and their family health.

Here, it is the clients who come to me, I don’t even mention the eventuality of selling them anything, almost seeming not wanting to sell them.

End of the day, making it seem it ws Their Idea.

    Thanks for posting.

I would then say “Well you know, there are some brands that do not contain THESE nasty things”..

I didn’t say there were no chemical products [Even water is a chemical product], but indeed, product I sold didn’t have Methyl Paraben …But I wouldn’t talk about chemicals to a random client. He doesn’t need technical stuff.

Client would complain he didn’t find any…

Witch leads us to some solid advice : Strike the Iron when hot..

Not bothering them with the technical mumbo jumbo..

Remember the iPod ? “1000 songs, in your pocket” No Megabytes no nothing..Too technical to sell.

I worked for a cosmetic company [17 at the time] , and I would only have a conversation, then talk about perfumes and creams to drive the client to say “I don’t like when there are too much chemical products”

One thing to add too, is that the facial expression when closing the deal shouldn’t be “Oh my God, I’m about to close !”..

I noticed that having a face that says “This is my life, this is the usual..I close all the time, nothing new under the sun”

Getting excited about deal makes it look shady, and they tend to get cold and back down..

Good advice there, I can relate.

This is called congruency; people don’t like to change their minds : Once they said no, they tend to stick to their guns.

By not allowing them to say no, with the advice you are giving…Objection isn’t there…It has never happened.
